As per regulations laid down by the Ministry
of Labour And Manpower, Government of the People's Republic of
Bangladesh, the following documents are required from foreign
employer to enable to the agent to proceed with the Recruitment:-
1. Visa Advice.
2. Demand Latter.
3. Power of Attorney.
4. Contract Form (For every Country).
5. N.O.C.
6. Calling Visa.
Note:No. 2 & 3 must
be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the employer’s country and also by the High Commission / Embassy
of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in employer’s Country.
